Peg Anderson (Tideman), a graduate of Cedar Catholic High School and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, joined her father Tom Tideman Insurance Agency in Hartington in 1990, bringing fresh energy and expertise. Peg played an integral role in transferring all the agency paper data into the new digital age. A few years later, she and her husband, Steve, acquired ownership of the agency. By 2008, they had become the full owners of Tom Tideman Insurance, and shortly thereafter, the agency was renamed Anderson & Anderson Insurance, Inc. Peg has a long history of leadership and service within the insurance industry and her community. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Independent Insurance Agents of Nebraska, where she was recognized as Outstanding Committee Chairperson and also honored as Young Agent of the Year. Beyond the insurance field, Peg has dedicated her time to community organizations, including serving as President of the American Red Cross – Northeast Nebraska Chapter, President of the Laurel Chamber of Commerce, and as a member of her church council. Most recently, Peg was invited by Farmers Mutual of Nebraska to speak on a panel at their Annual Spring Meeting—further demonstrating her expertise and respected voice on industry trends and current market conditions. - Licenses & Focus
