(2)  Earliest of Harvest. Appraisal Abandonment. Destroyed or Calendar Date. (3) Up to 20 Days after the Final Planting Date for Corn and 25 days after the Final Planting Date for Soybeans.  Guarantee reduced 1% for each day after Final Planting Date for the specific crop. Planting after the Late Planting Period the guarantee is 60% of the guarantee.

Revenue Discovery Dates and Harvest Price Dates for Corn:

Revenue Projected Harvest Price Discovery: Average of CBOT during the month of February for December Futures

Revenue Harvest Price Discovery: Average of CBOT during the month of October for December Futures

 

Revenue Plan Discovery Dates and Harvest Price Dates for Soybeans:

 Revenue Projected Harvest Price Discovery: Average of CBOT during the month of February for November Futures

 Revenue Harvest Price Discovery: Average of CBOT during the month of October for November Futures

 

Yield Plan Discovery Dates:  Corn: Average of CBOT during the month of February for December Futures

                                                 Soybeans: Average of CBOT during the month February for November Futures

 

Replanting Payment:

The lesser of 20 acres or 20% of unit:  Corn: 8 bus x Projected Harvest Price x Acres x Share

                                                              Soybeans: 3 bus x Projected Harvest Price x Acres x Share 
 

YA = 60% of applicable T-Yield

Cup = Limit to 10% reduction to approved APH

Yield Floor = Prevent APH to fall below % of T-Yield

 

 

No Records = 65% T-Yield

One Year Prior Records = 80% T-Yield

Two Year Records = 90% T-Yield

Three Year Records = 100% T-Yield

 

Levels of Coverage

Revenue Protection = 50% to 85%

Yield Protection = 50% to 85%

 

Prevented Planting:  The lesser of 20 acres of 20% of unit. Payment is 60% of Expected Harvest Price guarantee unless insured bought up to either 65% or 70% @ SCD

 

Notice of Loss: A loss notice must be submitted 72 hours after loss is determined or up to 15 days after the End of Insurance Period (Harvest, Appraisal, Destroyed or Calendar Date)

 

Production Hail: Completed applications must be submitted to the Company no later than June 15 for corn and soybeans.
